Loan or Credit Card Agreement Claims
Many people in the UK have a Credit Card or Loan of some sort. Where these agreements are for the original amount (less costs) under £25,000 and taken out prior 7 April 2007, they have to comply with the Consumer Credit Act of 1974. In many cases Lenders have failed to follow the Act and Your agreement may therefore not be valid.
